NEPA Services

Our NEPA services focus primarily on land use impacts, socio-economic impacts, and environmental justice (EJ) issues related to transportation alternatives.  We draw upon our urban planning expertise to:

• Conduct alternatives analyses related to land use, including documenting and analyzing land uses and reviewing the impact of land use plans, policies, and regulations
  
  
• Conduct alternatives analyses related to social and economic impacts

• Conduct alternatives analyses related to EJ impacts
  
  
• Prepare responses to public comments
  
  
• Participate in scoping meetings, community forums, and public hearings
  
  

RFBA has been involved in several NEPA-regulated projects that are under construction or nearing construction. We also participated in an award-winning project involving the preparation of guidance for preparers of NEPA documents.
