Community Planning Services

Our community planning services draw upon up to date knowledge of urban planning principles and practices, an intimate understanding of urban communities, and extensive experience.   We approach community planning with the philosophy that if the process (1) is supported by extensive research and (2) involves as many key stakeholders as feasible, the likelihood of implementation increases.

We have prepared community plans that have resulted in the implementation of economic development initiatives, the production of housing, and improvements to circulation.
