Human Services Planning
RFBA's human services planning experience includes assisting public housing agencies, nonprofit organizations, and public agencies with the preparation and implementation of comprehensive human service delivery models and community needs assessments. We assist with the formation of strategies that feature interface among housing, economic development, neighborhood revitalization, and human services. Lastly, we work with design professionals to identify community needs that can be met through services provided in community facilities.
We have broad experience with U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development HOPE VI Community and Supportive Services (CSS) plans.
